Hanseatic is an OFEX Investment Vehicle established by the Directors to operate as a professionally managed investment company to invest in all classes of residential and investment properties. The focus will be on high quality investment opportunities in Scandinavia, St Petersburg, Russia, the Baltic
States, the maritime provinces of Poland and the Hamburg Schleswig Holstein
region of Germany. It is intended that the investments should produce a
diversified portfolio by location and classes of property to take advantage of
the different economic performances of the target investments and regions to
produce income and capital growth;
The Directors believe there are a number of potentially attractive residential
and property investment opportunities. The Directors are in discussions with a
number of potential targets but at this stage have not entered into any binding
agreements.
The Directors propose to raise additional funding and broaden the shareholder
base either prior to or at the same time as the Company carries out any
substantial acquisition or investment.
